The conservatives in general, and Mike Huckabee specifically, have more spin than my washing machine. Now Huckabee insists that Prop 8 doesn't ban gay marriage; it just affirms what is and what has always been. Nope, Mike. Afraid that doesn't wash. Since gay couples could marry prior to Nov. 4, Prop 8 does indeed ban gay marriage in the state of CA
