National Health Investors sets dividend of 55 cents (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

National Health Investors Inc. said Thursday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 55 cents. The health care real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable Aug. 8 to shareholders of record June 30.
